An interesting new VR accessory from @VR_Cambrian allows you to discover natural movement in VR.
Standing or sitting whilst playing VR, now there's a third option.
Standing for long periods can be uncomfortable sometimes, especially for people that suffer from back pain, whilst some people find sitting not as immersive.
A standing chair from Cambrian that's made specifically for VR will allow people the best of both worlds, the design of the chair will support your weight so you only feel a third of it.
Now to the complicated part.
To help people who suffer from VR sickness and to improve immersion this chair has a couple of tricks up its sleeve.
First of all the chair has sensors built in which allow you to rotate the chair to turn in game, this increases immersion and decreases nausea.
Secondly the built in controls are designed in such a way that when pressed they create a sense of movement, check out their website for more information on how this works.
Heres some footage of it working on PSVR and Resident evil 7
